In partnership with Merton Uplift we provide wide range of mental health services to local Polish and Eastern European communities to improve mental health and wellbeing, and reduce inequalities for Eastern European communities in Merton and SW London. We also work closely with other statutory and voluntary organisations to ensure collaboration, sharing of information, joint work and partnership development, and to work in partnership with existing forums, networks and sub-groups relating to health and social care issues.
